No. As long as we have clear instructions and access to the premises, you don’t need to be present. Many clients provide entry instructions in advance.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays. However, services can be arranged outside standard hours by prior agreement. This includes early mornings, late evenings, or night cleans where required.
We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
