Terms & Conditions

EcoSpark Cleaning - Terms & Conditions

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are in place to ensure transparency and a high-quality service experience.

1. Services

EcoSpark Cleaning provides commercial and specialist cleaning services tailored to each client’s needs. All services will be confirmed in writing (via email or signed agreement) prior to commencement. Invoices will reflect the agreed scope of work.

2. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property on the agreed date and time. Missed access due to client absence or delays may result in cancellation charges or rescheduling fees.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in service suspension and may incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on changes in service scope, frequency, or property condition. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.
For ongoing/recurring services, either party may pause or terminate the arrangement with at least 7 days’ written notice.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will arrange a return visit at no extra cost to address the issue.
Please note: This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as lack of access, extreme property conditions, or client-supplied products.

6. Liability & Insurance

EcoSpark Cleaning is fully insured.
While we take every reasonable precaution, any damage or concern must be reported within 24 hours of the clean.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or the failure of fixtures/fittings due to age or improper installation.

7. Use of Cleaning Products

We use high-quality, eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products.
If you prefer us to use your own products, please notify us in advance.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request.

8. Changes to Terms

EcoSpark Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Significant updates will be communicated to clients and published on our official website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under UK law.
